Duties Greet clients warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Assist brides with fitting appointments by managing appointment schedules and ensuring a smooth flow of the fitting process Support alterations staff by preparing garments, organizing fittings, and ensuring garments are handled with care Maintain an organized fitting area, ensuring all tools and materials are tidy and ready for use Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about dress styles, fabrics, and alteration options Use sewing machines and basic sewing skills to assist with minor adjustments or garment preparations when needed Manage basic math calculations related to measurements, pricing, or alterations to ensure accuracy in service delivery Qualifications Prior experience in fashion retail or bridal boutiques is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude Basic sewing machine operation and garment construction knowledge Familiarity with sewing techniques and garment alterations processes Ability to perform precise measurements and basic math calculations accurately Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in handling garments and client needs A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others Join us in creating magical moments for brides as they prepare for their special day!
