The ideal candidate will have a passion for garment construction and a strong proficiency in sewing techniques. This role involves working with various fabrics and materials to create high-quality garments and products. The Seamstress will play a vital role in ensuring that all items meet our quality standards while adhering to deadlines. Duties Operate sewing machines and other equipment to fabricate garments according to specifications. Perform garment construction tasks, including cutting, stitching, and finishing. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as necessary. Collaborate with design teams to understand project requirements and timelines. Maintain an organized workspace within the warehouse environment to ensure efficiency. Assist in the selection of fabrics and materials based on project needs. Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials. Experience Proven experience in sewing, garment construction, or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with various sewing machines and tools used in fabricating garments. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a warehouse setting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
