Industrial Seamstress:

Stitch & Assemble:

Sew vinyl seat covers and armrest upholstery using industrial walking-foot sewing machines.

Master New Materials:

Work with durable, marine-grade vinyl and foam backing (we will train professional seamstresses on vinyl techniques!).

Read & Execute:

Follow patterns and technical specifications to ensure a perfect, wrinkle-free fit.

Quality Inspection:

Inspect every seam and stitch to ensure high-end durability and "showroom quality" appearance.

Prepare & Finish:

Trim excess material and prepare upholstered components for final assembly on the golf carts.

Stay Safe:

Follow all safety procedures while operating heavy-duty machinery in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Candidate:

Sewing Proficiency:

Experience with industrial sewing machines (specifically Walking Foot or Heavy-Duty machines) is highly preferred.

Material Knowledge:

Familiarity with Vinyl, Marine-grade fabrics, or Leather and an understanding of how these materials stretch and wrap.

Precision Work:

Ability to follow patterns, templates, and tech sheets to ensure seat covers fit perfectly every time.

Upholstery Techniques:

Ability to sew complex curves and corners (essential for armrests and contoured seating).

Technical Accuracy:

Strong ability to measure accurately and cut materials with minimal waste.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for long periods and handle bulky materials (up to 50 lbs) as they move through the machine.

Quality Mindset :

A sharp eye for straight seams, consistent stitch tension, and wrinkle-free finishing

Strong Color Perception:

Must be able to accurately distinguish between subtle color variations and shades to ensure thread, vinyl, and trim matching for custom upholstery.
