Responsibilities Operate sewing machines and other tailoring tools efficiently to construct or alter clothing items Perform garment construction tasks, including stitching, hemming, and fitting adjustment Maintain a clean, organized workspace with all sewing equipment in excellent condition Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tailoring Requirements Proven experience in fashion retail or tailoring, with strong sewing skills Proficiency in operating sewing machines and familiarity with garment construction techniques Knowledge of basic math for measuring and calculating alterations Ability to interpret clothing measurements and specifications precisely Familiarity with sewing tools, patterns, and fabric types is highly desirable Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
