In this role, you will bring exquisite craftsmanship and attention to detail to create stunning, perfectly fitted garments that make our clients feel confident and beautiful on their special day. Your expertise in garment construction, sewing, and tailoring will help transform visions into reality, ensuring every piece is a masterpiece. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with clients, understand their unique styles, and deliver exceptional custom-made dresses that celebrate their individuality. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, measurements, and specific needs for prom or bridal gowns Cut, sew, and assemble garments using professional sewing machines and traditional tailoring techniques Make precise alterations and fittings to achieve the perfect fit for each client Ensure high-quality garment construction by paying close attention to detail and finishing touches Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including fabric inventory and sewing tools Communicate effectively with clients throughout the process to update on progress and incorporate feedback Follow all safety protocols related to sewing equipment and garment handling Requirements Proven experience as a custom tailor or seamstress specializing in prom or bridal wear Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques, and fabric properties Proficiency with sewing machines and hand-sewing tools Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interpret client requests clearly Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements, pattern adjustments, and fabric estimations Familiarity with fashion retail environments is a plus but not mandatory Attention to detail, precision, and a passion for creating high-quality garments Join us in crafting unforgettable moments for our clients!
