Embroidery Specialist

Responsibilities Operate embroidery machines with precision, ensuring accurate placement and stitching of designs on garments and textiles Prepare fabrics and garments for embroidery by aligning, hooping, and securing materials properly Maintain and troubleshoot embroidery equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance Collaborate with design teams to interpret embroidery patterns and execute them accurately Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to identify and correct defects or inconsistencies Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace in accordance with manufacturing standards Assist with garment construction tasks as needed, including sewing seams or finishing details to support production flow Assist with other tasks at the printing company as needed unrelated to embroidery Qualifications Proven experience in embroidery, garment construction, or related manufacturing roles Proficiency with sewing machines and embroidery equipment, including setup, operation, and maintenance Strong knowledge of sewing techniques, fabric handling, and textile properties Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with inventory management and workflow efficiency Ability to interpret technical drawings or design files accurately Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance Effective communication skills to collaborate within a team environment Join us as an Embroidery Specialist and bring your craftsmanship to life!
