Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Embroidery Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality embroidered designs on a variety of garments and textiles, ensuring precision and consistency in every piece. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional products that meet our standards of excellence and customer satisfaction. This position offers an opportunity to start large project which could lead to a more permanent position. Responsibilities Operate embroidery machines with skill and precision, ensuring accurate stitching according to design specifications Prepare garments and textiles for embroidery by inspecting, positioning, and securing items properly on the machine Maintain and troubleshoot embroidery equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance Follow detailed design files and specifications to execute complex embroidery patterns accurately Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to identify and correct any defects or inconsistencies Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols at all times Requirements Proven experience with embroidery machines and garment construction techniques Strong sewing skills with an understanding of sewing machine operation and maintenance Knowledge of manufacturing processes related to textiles and apparel production Familiarity with sewing, garment assembly, and quality control procedures Ability to interpret design files, patterns, and technical instructions accurately Detail-oriented mindset with excellent manual dexterity and focus on precision Join us as an Embroidery Specialist and bring your craftsmanship to life!
