Duties Perform precise alterations and fittings on bridal gowns to ensure perfect fit and comfort Use sewing machines and hand-sewing techniques to modify and construct garments according to design specifications Collaborate closely with brides to understand their vision, offering expert advice on alterations and styling options Manage multiple projects efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail Maintain a clean, organized workspace with all sewing tools and materials properly stored Follow garment construction principles to ensure durability, proper seam placement, and finishing touches Communicate clearly with team members regarding project timelines and customer preferences Experience Proven experience in sewing and garment construction of bridal or formal wear preferred Skilled in operating sewing machines and performing intricate hand-sewing tasks Excellent customer service skills with the ability to listen carefully and translate client needs into beautiful garments Knowledge of fabric types, garment fitting techniques, and alteration procedures is highly desirable Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Embark on a rewarding journey where your sewing talents help create lifelong memories!
