Seamstress Tailor

Duties Measure customers accurately to determine tailoring needs and ensure optimal fit Operate sewing machines efficiently to assemble, alter, or repair garments with precision Construct garments from patterns or sketches, paying close attention to detail and quality standards Provide exceptional customer service by advising clients on alterations and fitting options Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and uphold quality standards Inspect finished garments for defects or inconsistencies before delivery to customers Requirements Proven experience in sewing, garment construction, or tailoring within a fashion retail setting Proficiency with sewing machines and various stitching techniques Strong understanding of garment fitting, fabric types, and sewing patterns Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Basic math skills for measurements, pattern adjustments, and calculations Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of fashion trends and retail operations is a plus but not required Join us as a Seamstress Tailor and turn fabric into fabulous!
