Retail Store Tailor - Alterations As a Retail Store Tailor , you will play an essential role in ensuring that every customer leaves with garments perfectly tailored to fit and look amazing. Your expertise will enhance the customer experience, making sure their final product meets the highest standards of quality and comfort. How You'll Contribute Accurately mark, alter, and press garments to ensure a flawless fit. Provide exceptional service by answering customer questions and fulfilling special tailoring requests. Offer styling advice and wardrobe suggestions to help customers achieve their ideal look. Communicate effectively with management and collaborate with team members. Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked tailor shop. Provide professional fitting services to ensure accurate sizing. Utilize your tailoring expertise to deliver precise and high-quality alterations. What It Takes We're looking for a dedicated and customer-focused tailor with the following qualifications: Formal training in tailoring (preferred). Experience tailoring men's clothing (strongly preferred). Proficiency in both basic and advanced alterations for tailored garments. Strong technical knowledge of sewing equipment and techniques.
