This is a permanent part-time position with the opportunity to transition into full-time, working from a relaxed and welcoming home-based large workspace in Jackson, WI. About the

Role:

You'll be helping sew elastic onto satin underwear and operating a serger in a comfortable, low-stress environment. If you're comfortable using commercial sewing or serging machines — or are eager to learn — this could be a great fit for you.

Home workspace in

Jackson, WI Hours:

Monday through Friday 9am - 6pm (with some flexibility if needed)

Compensation:

Training period (about 2-3 weeks) $15/hour

Post-training:

Piece rate of $5 per sewn pair with the potential to earn up to $40 per hour!! This is a 1099 tax based position (no taxes taken out of paycheck)

Permanent, full-time What We're Looking For (Responsibilities): Operate sewing machines to construct garments with precision and attention to detail. Basic sewing or serging experience (preferred, but not required — I'm happy to train the right person!) Execute various sewing techniques to ensure high-quality finishes on products. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards. Assist in inventory management and workshop tasks as needed. Be punctual and reliable. Continuously improve sewing skills and techniques to enhance production efficiency. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Dependability, punctual, and ability to work independently Comfort working in a home-based setting Possibility of helping with product development as well Dress attire: very casual!
