The ideal candidate will possess a strong artistic flair, exceptional customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and sanitized work environment. As a Tattoo Artist, you will work closely with clients to design and execute custom tattoos that reflect their individual styles and preferences while ensuring a positive experience throughout the process. Duties Consult with clients to understand their tattoo ideas and preferences, providing professional advice on design and placement. Create custom illustrations based on client requests while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Execute high-quality tattoos using various techniques and equipment, ensuring precision and attention to detail. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all health regulations for sanitation and hygiene. Educate clients on aftercare procedures to ensure proper healing of tattoos. Assist in store management tasks, including inventory control and maintaining supplies for tattooing services. Engage in sales activities by promoting studio services and products to enhance customer satisfaction. Demonstrate strong communication skills by actively listening to client feedback and adapting designs as necessary. Skills Proficient in tattooing techniques with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work. Knowledge of color theory to create vibrant and harmonious designs. Ability to illustrate custom designs tailored to individual client requests. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Familiarity with first aid procedures related to tattooing practices. Experience in store management is a plus, contributing to the overall efficiency of the studio. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.
