Consult with clients to understand their desired piercing styles, provide expert advice on jewelry selection, placement, and aftercare. Maintain a clean and sterile workspace by following all health regulations and sanitation procedures diligently. Educate clients on proper aftercare routines to ensure healing and prevent infections. Manage appointment scheduling, walk-in consultations, and follow-up appointments efficiently to maximize customer satisfaction. Stay updated on the latest piercing techniques, jewelry trends, and safety standards through ongoing education. Assist in store management tasks such as inventory control of jewelry supplies and maintaining a welcoming environment for clients. Skills Proven experience in body piercing with a strong portfolio demonstrating technical skill and artistic flair. Knowledge of tattooing techniques is a plus, highlighting versatility in body art services. Excellent communication skills to effectively guide clients through their piercing journey and answer questions confidently. Strong understanding of sanitation practices and health regulations related to body modification procedures. Basic first aid knowledge for handling minor injuries or complications promptly and professionally. Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to create a positive experience for diverse clients. Familiarity with color theory and illustration skills can enhance jewelry customization options. Experience in store management or retail sales is advantageous for contributing to overall shop operations.
