Duties Design and execute custom tattoo artwork based on client consultations, ensuring each piece reflects their vision and style Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace adhering strictly to health regulations and sanitation standards Communicate clearly with clients to understand their ideas, provide professional advice, and ensure satisfaction throughout the process Manage appointment scheduling, client records, and payment processing efficiently Educate clients on aftercare procedures to promote healing and long-lasting results Stay current with industry trends, color theory, and new techniques to continually enhance your craft Uphold store management responsibilities such as inventory control of inks, needles, and equipment Experience Proven experience in tattooing with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styles and techniques Knowledge of sanitation protocols and first aid procedures relevant to tattooing environments Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and understanding their artistic desires Demonstrated ability in illustration or art design to create custom tattoo concepts Familiarity with sales techniques to promote services and build a loyal client base Ability to manage store operations independently, including scheduling and inventory management Strong understanding of color theory to achieve vibrant, harmonious tattoo results This role is perfect for passionate artists eager to grow their freelance career within a vibrant studio setting.
