Job Summary We are seeking a talented and passionate Tattoo Artist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong artistic background, exceptional customer service skills, and a deep understanding of tattooing techniques and color theory. As a Tattoo Artist, you will be responsible for creating unique designs that reflect the client's vision while ensuring a safe and hygienic environment. Duties Consult with clients to understand their tattoo ideas and preferences, providing professional advice on design and placement. Illustrate custom tattoo designs based on client input, ensuring originality and creativity. Execute tattoos with precision and skill, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols. Maintain cleanliness of the work area, tools, and equipment to ensure compliance with health regulations. Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing any concerns or questions they may have. Manage the tattoo studio effectively, including inventory management of supplies and equipment. Educate clients on aftercare procedures to ensure proper healing of their tattoos. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices in tattooing. Qualifications Proven experience in tattooing with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Knowledge of color theory and its application in tattoo design. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. Familiarity with first aid procedures related to tattooing practices. Ability to sanitize tools and maintain a clean workspace according to health standards. Experience in sales is a plus, as you may assist in promoting studio services and products. Previous experience in store management is beneficial but not required.
