Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

-Piercing Duties Must have trained, Professional Body Piercing experience Must have training and experience or be willing to be trained in troubleshooting issues related to piercing (dealing with piercing bumps, migration, etc) Must be willing and able to obtain a Bloodborne Pathogen safety certification Must be able to consistently and correctly fill out client paperwork in a timely manner Engage with clients to discuss their piercing needs Execute body piercings in a professional manner keeping with industry and health code standards Sterilizing all equipment, jewelry, etc. Informing clients about appropriate aftercare materials and scheduling future appointments -Customer Service Duties Maintain a positive, professional, and solutions-oriented approach to your work, your customers and you co-workers Warmly greet clients and create a personal connection while determining their needs and preferences Handle intake and outtake of customers at the front desk (paperwork, ring up sales, etc.) Professionally present piercing and jewelry options and explain the specific features and benefits of each of the options Consult with customers and facilitate the sale of upgraded jewelry and aftercare products. Deliver on immediate piercing/ jewelry needs while also exploring future projects with the customer Answer incoming telephone calls and schedule piercing and tattoo appointments Exemplify the values of the Ink817
