Lash Artist with Body Waxing experience needed

We are expanding and currently turning away clients, we need talented, experienced artists/estheticians NOW. Flutter and Wink is one of Vancouver's premier lash and beauty destinations and a 9x Best of Clark County winner . We are growing fast and looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Lash Artist with body waxing experience to join our award-winning team. •We are also open to filling this as two separate roles, one Lash Artist and one Esthetician specializing in waxing (or sugaring/threading) and facials. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply! Most of our artists and estheticians build a full clientele within just a few months, so if you are ready to grow, this is the place to do it. Who We're Looking For- Experienced Applicants Only This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for confident, skilled professionals:

Lash Experience:

Classic, Volume, and Mega Volume, you can do it all and do it with precision and passion. Wax (or Sugaring)

Experience:

Full face and Brazilian waxing, confident and client-ready. Licensed and experienced Lash Artist Body waxing (sugaring) experience strongly preferred, including Brazilian waxing Estheticians specializing in waxing and/or facials also welcome to apply Detail oriented with a genuine passion for your craft Excellent customer service skills and a positive, team-first attitude Available Saturdays and some evenings until 7-8pm Sundays and 5 major holidays guaranteed off Part-time to full-time available

$35-$84+ per hour based on experience, speed, and services provided (Hourly or commission -whichever is higher-most make commission within 2-3 months. W2 position) Retail Commission — Starting at 10%, up to 30%
