This position is focused on vehicle disassembly and reassembly, interior trim work, and supporting our upholstery department. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality work and understands how to work carefully on customer vehicles. Responsibilities Remove and reinstall seats, consoles, dashboards, door panels, carpets, headliners, and interior trim components Safely disconnect and reconnect vehicle electrical components Organize and inventory hardware and parts during projects Assist with vehicle teardown and final assembly Identify and resolve fitment and installation issues Requirements Auto body, collision repair, restoration, dealership, or custom vehicle experience Strong mechanical aptitude Experience removing and installing vehicle trim and interior components Attention to detail and respect for customer vehicles Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license What We Offer Competitive pay: Starting $22/hr+ DOE Full-time, year-round work Clean shop environment Opportunity to learn custom interior and restoration work No insurance company pressure or flat-rate body shop environment About Us We specialize in high-quality custom automotive interiors, restorations, and specialty vehicle projects.
