We are looking for someone with experience and who has their own tools. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Uphosterer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating the interiors for Cobra and 356 Speedster replica cars. Responsibilities Utilize hand tools, power tools, and sewing machines to assemble and repair products with precision and care Conduct detailed inspections of components and finished items to ensure quality standards are met Follow detailed work instructions and technical drawings to complete assembly tasks accurately Assist in the restoration of automotive parts or other specialized items, applying auto restoration techniques as needed Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and troubleshoot assembly issues promptly Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety protocols are consistently followed Document work progress and report any defects or discrepancies to supervisors Requirements Proven experience with hand tools, power tools, and sewing machines in a manufacturing or auto restoration setting Strong sewing skills with experience operating sewing machines for various materials Knowledge of manufacturing processes, assembly techniques, and quality control procedures Ability to interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and work instructions clearly Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail to ensure precise craftsmanship Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed Join us if you're eager to apply your skills in sewing, auto restoration, or manufacturing while contributing to high-quality product creation.
