THE ROLE
We're looking for a solid welder who wants to grow into a full shop technician role. MIG welding is the one hard requirement — everything else (fluid systems, 12-volt wiring, small engine work) we'll train you on. You'll be hands-on from day one, building spray rigs from raw steel and quality components.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING MIG
welding frames and structural components Assembling spray rigs — pumps, tanks, hoses, fittings, and hardware Running basic 12-volt electrical systems Operating shop tools: metal saw, drill press, grinders, hand and air tools Keeping your work area clean and your work quality high
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Must-have:
Solid MIG welding experience — this is the one requirement we can't train around Comfortable with basic hand and power tools Able to lift 50 lbs Reliable — shows up on time, every day Nice to have (but not required): Experience with fluid systems, pumps, or hoses Any 12-volt electrical or small engine background Ability to read shop drawings or parts diagrams
COMPENSATION & PERKS

Steel-toed shoes required Tools provided — don't bring your own Clean driving record is a plus All backgrounds considered, including applicants with a criminal record
