This position involves operating sewing machines to sew and assemble cushion covers used for airplane seating. The ideal candidate will have good hand-eye coordination, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Previous sewing, upholstery, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but training may be provided for the right candidate. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in a manufacturing and sewing production environment. Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines and related equipment Sew fabric and cushion materials according to production specifications Assist with sewing and assembling airplane cushion covers Measure, cut, and prepare materials for production as needed Inspect finished products for quality, stitching, and accuracy Follow work instructions, patterns, and safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with additional production duties as assigned Qualifications Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply Previous sewing machine, upholstery, or manufacturing experience is a plus Ability to follow instructions, measurements, and production guidelines Good hand-eye coordination and strong attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain strong attendance Able to sit, stand, and work with materials for extended periods of time Able to lift, move, and handle materials as needed Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Reliable transportation to Lake Elsinore, CA Why Apply?
