Duties Utilize hand tools, power tools, and sewing machines to assemble and repair products efficiently and accurately Conduct sewing and auto restoration tasks with precision, ensuring all work meets quality standards Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols during manufacturing processes Assist in the assembly of components, ensuring proper fit and finish for each product Inspect finished items for quality assurance, identifying any defects or areas for improvement Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and productivity Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements Experience Proven experience working with hand tools, power tools, sewing machines, or in manufacturing environments Familiarity with sewing, auto restoration, or assembly processes is highly desirable Ability to read technical diagrams or work instructions is a plus Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship Prior experience in manufacturing or related fields involving assembly or restoration tasks is preferred Knowledge of safety practices related to tool use and manufacturing environments Join us as a and be part of a passionate team dedicated to craftsmanship and excellence.
