Job Description:
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Corporate Aviation Interior Specialist to support interior maintenance, refurbishment, installation, and repair activities on corporate aircraft. This role is responsible for ensuring aircraft interiors meet high-quality standards while maintaining compliance with FAA regulations, customer specifications, and company procedures. Candidates with experience in corporate, business jet, or VIP aircraft interiors are highly preferred.
Responsibilities
Perform aircraft interior maintenance, repairs, refurbishment, and modifications on corporate aircraft
Install, remove, and repair interior components including seats, carpet, sidewalls, headliners, cabinetry, upholstery, and trim
Conduct inspections and functional checks of interior systems and components
Interpret engineering drawings, maintenance manuals, and technical documentation
Support completion of scheduled maintenance and refurbishment projects within established timelines
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with FAA regulations, company procedures, and quality standards
Coordinate with maintenance teams, inspectors, and leadership to support aircraft delivery schedules
Maintain clean and organized work areas while following all safety procedures
Document completed work accurately and efficiently
Qualifications
Previous experience working aircraft interiors, cabinet fabrication, upholstery, or refurbishment in corporate/business aviation preferred
Experience supporting Gulfstream, Bombardier, Dassault Falcon, Cessna Citation, or other corporate aircraft platforms is a plus
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and work instructions
Familiarity with aircraft interior materials, adhesives, laminates, and finishing processes
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to work in a fast-paced maintenance or completion environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Experience
Corporate aviation interior refurbishment experience
VIP or executive aircraft completion experience
Cabinetry, upholstery, sewing, or wood veneer repair experience
FAA Airframe license is a plus but not required
