As a Mattress Builder, you'll play a hands-on role in bringing custom mattresses to life using our step-by-step process. We're not your typical factory—we specialize in one-of-a-kind solutions for RVs, campers, yachts, antique beds, and more, where precision and craftsmanship truly matter. LONG TERM

employee that is interested in a stable career with a reputable company. Pay rate will be offered based on experience, ability to complete tasks, and readiness to begin work. Responsibilities Assembly of mattresses, foundations, and other bedding products. Accurate measuring of components to match order size. Use air hand tools like hog-ring and staple gun. Operate tape edge and flange sewing machines (both trained) Lifting items that weight up to 75 lbs. Unloading & loading materials and finished product from delivery trucks. Conduct regular inspections of products to ensure they meet specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Other similar and related duties as needed. Show up to work on time every day. Requirements Must have previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment . Familiarity with measuring tapes and the ability to use them accurately. Candidates must pass a measuring test during the interview to be considered for the position. Two (2) professional references from previous jobs. Candidates must pass a 5-panel drug screening and background check prior to hire.
