Compensation is very competitive with a base hourly rate plus generous commission. Average pay can go up to $50.00 per hour based on efficiency and skills.

What You'll Do:

Inspect, assess, and repair wood, leather, fabric, and upholstered furniture Evaluate damage and select appropriate repair or restoration techniques Locate and install replacement parts Use hand tools, power tools, paints, stains, and adhesives correctly and safely Maintain detailed records and process paperwork for each service call Operate a company vehicle safely and comply with all traffic laws Collaborate with warehouse and customer service teams Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What We're Looking For:

Hands-on experience with furniture repair (wood, leather, fabric, upholstery) Skilled in using hand and power tools Comfortable working independently on service routes Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to lift, push and pull 100 + lbs consistently Capable of bending, kneeling, and squatting throughout the day

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of stable work history in a related field Previous experience in furniture repair or similar craftsmanship roles

Requirements:
