To Apply for this Job Click Here Summary Atlas Staffing is hiring a Vinyl Technician for a manufacturing company in Nampa, Idaho. This role is a strong fit for someone with hands-on shop experience who can measure accurately, work with vinyl materials, and help produce clean, high-quality finished signage. Role Purpose The Vinyl Technician is responsible for measuring, cutting, laminating, and applying vinyl to sign materials based on job specifications. This person helps maintain production quality, keep work flowing on schedule, and support an organized, safe shop environment. Responsibilities Measure, cut, and laminate vinyl and related materials to job specifications Apply vinyl using wet and dry application techniques Operate vinyl rollers, laminators, plotters, and digital printers Label completed work with the correct job numbers Read and work from job travelers and blueprints as needed Support troubleshooting and process improvement in the shop Help maintain inventory levels and equipment readiness Follow shop safety procedures and report safety concerns Assist with shop cleanup, including trash and recycling Work with other departments to keep production moving Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous experience operating hand tools and basic machinery Ability to read a tape measure, scale ruler, and blueprints Basic math skills, including fractions and square footage calculations Strong organization and time management skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of sign fabrication materials and processes preferred Direct vinyl experience may qualify for higher pay Pay $18.00 to $19.00 per hour DOE Higher pay may be considered for candidates with direct vinyl experience Available Shifts Monday to Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm Why You'll Love It Consistent weekday schedule Hands-on work with specialized equipment and materials Opportunity to grow your skills in a production shop environment Why Work with Atlas Staffing?
