This role involves upholstering seating components and finishing wood surfaces to meet quality standards. The ideal candidate has experience with hand and power tools, attention to detail, and the ability to follow production specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Upholster booth seating, including cutting, fitting, and attaching fabric, vinyl, or leather Apply foam, padding, and cushioning materials to frames Sand, stain, seal, and finish wood components to the required specifications Operate hand tools and power tools such as sanders, staplers, and spray equipment Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency Read and follow work orders, measurements, and basic blueprints Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous experience in upholstery, wood finishing, or carpentry preferred Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Knowledge of materials such as fabrics, foams, stains, and sealers Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Preferred Skills:

Experience in furniture or booth manufacturing Familiarity with spray finishing techniques Ability to measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately

Work Environment:

Manufacturing/production setting Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks Exposure to wood dust, adhesives, and finishing materials
