You'll play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of garment care and customer satisfaction. This energetic position involves expertly pressing, steaming, and finishing garments to ensure they look pristine and professional. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment. Responsibilities Press, steam, and finish garments according to established quality standards Operate pressing machines, steamers, and other equipment safely and efficiently Inspect garments for wrinkles, stains, or defects before finishing Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency Handle customer garments with care, ensuring proper labeling and tracking throughout the process Assist with basic laundry tasks as needed to support overall garment care operations Requirements Previous experience in dry cleaning or shirt pressing is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Knowledge of dry cleaning processes, laundry procedures, and garment care techniques a plus Ability to operate pressing machines, steamers, and basic cleaning equipment safely Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results Good communication skills and a friendly attitude Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently Join us in delivering impeccable garment care that keeps our customers looking sharp!
