Your day begins with a build plan, a set of CAD files, and carefully prepared materials. By the end of the shift, you've transformed aluminum, acrylic, and steel into clean, accurate components that become the standout signs seen across Indiana and surrounding states. What Your Day Looks Like Review design proofs, blueprints, and CAD files to map out each build. Measure, mark, and prep materials before fabrication. Cut, route, glue, weld, and finish parts for channel letters, monument signs, and custom structural fabrications. Operate shop equipment including welders, saws, routers, sanders, and drill presses. Run in-process quality checks so issues are caught early and corrected quickly. Coordinate with the Fabrication Lead plus Design and Production teams to resolve build challenges. Assist with receiving, shipping, and storing raw materials and completed parts. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on shop equipment. Jump in on CNC operations and in the paint booth when needed. Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe throughout the day. The Work and Materials Expect variety. You'll tackle higher-end signage—from illuminated channel letters to architectural monument signs and one-off structural builds—working with metal, aluminum, acrylic, and more. What You'll Bring Hands-on background in fabrication, welding, or a related trade; experience with CNC operation or automotive paint is a plus (sign industry experience preferred but not required). Ability to read and work from design proofs, blueprints, and technical drawings. Confidence using welding equipment, power tools, and general shop machinery. Meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to high-quality craftsmanship. Strong time management—able to prioritize multiple projects by due dates. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work safely in a shop environment. Reliability, punctuality, teamwork, and a positive, pitch-in attitude.

Compensation & Benefits Pay:
