This role is all about tube bending, notching, fitting, welding, and solving complex fabrication challenges — turning raw material into race cages, chassis structures, suspension components, and full custom projects. If you excel in layout, tight fitment, and creative problem-solving, this is the shop you want to be in. What You'll Do Fabricate race cages, bumpers, suspension structures, and full chassis components Perform precision tube bending, notching, layout, and fit-up work Build one-off custom parts and support prototype fabrication & R D Work from blueprints, drawings, jigs, and reference measurements Solve fabrication challenges through creative, accurate metalwork Collaborate with skilled builders and engineers on high-end custom projects What We're Looking For Experienced fabricator with strong metalworking and structural fabrication skills Proficient in MIG/TIG welding with clean, consistent weld quality Skilled in tube fitting, jig setup, material prep, and fabrication accuracy Familiarity with off-road platforms (UTV, SXS, ATV, 4x4) is a bonus High attention to detail, craftsmanship, and pride in quality work Self-motivated, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced fabrication environment Pay & Schedule Pay based on experience and fabrication skill level Full-time, Monday-Friday (occasional overtime available) Must have basic fabrication and metalworking hand tools Why S3 Power Sports S3 Power Sports is a family-owned off-road manufacturer and racing team known for building parts and vehicles that survive real-world punishment.
