Due service expansion, we are currently searching for skilled seamstresses to join their team!
Duties include:
Measure and cut new covering materials, using patterns and measuring and cutting instruments, following sketches and design specifications. Read work orders, and apply knowledge and experience with materials to determine types and amounts of materials required to cover workpieces. Must have experience We are accepting applications for Single Needle Sewers one Pattern experience. Responsibilities • Set up machines to start a production cycle Control and adjust machine settings Feed fabrics into machines Test operation of machines periodically Fix issues that might occur during the shift Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws Skills Proven experience as a sewing machine operator Working knowledge of diverse high-speed sewing machines. Single needle, serger, cover stitch, etc. Understanding of production procedures Ability to read patterns and copy a sewing sample. Attention to detail Teamwork and communication skills Experience with knit fabrics a plus
