Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Carpet, Floor & Furniture Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for upholding 5-star service in residential homes, restoring carpets, hard floors, area rugs, and upholstered furniture to a like-new condition. This role is essential in creating clean, fresh, and visually appealing spaces our homeowners are proud of. As a rapidly growing, non-franchised company, we offer significant opportunities for advancement with no ceiling on growth. Every team member is reviewed every 3 months with clear paths for promotion based on performance. The sky is the limit. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential carpets, area rugs, hard-surface floors, and upholstered furniture using truck-mount and portable extraction equipment Pre-treat, spot-clean, and remove stains, pet odors, and high-traffic soiling to deliver a 5-star finished result on every job Move and protect furniture as needed, set up corner guards and air movers, and leave each home neat, dry, and ready for the customer Communicate clearly with homeowners — explain the process, set expectations, walk the finished work, and confirm satisfaction before leaving Maintain cleaning equipment, hoses, wands, and solutions, ensuring trucks are stocked and gear is in proper working condition Follow all company safety protocols and industry standards on every job Available for occasional OT opportunities, including after hours and weekends, during busy periods Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time management skills to complete routes and jobs efficiently Strong communication skills when interacting with homeowners and team members Previous cleaning or labor experience preferred (but not required) — IICRC Certifications a plus Comfortable lifting equipment, moving furniture, and being on your feet throughout the day Valid driver's license and a clean, professional appearance Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus Our Core Values Customer Focus — Exceed expectations on every level Integrity — Do the right thing Respect — Attitude is contagious Teamwork — Move as one and succeed as one Join our team and be part of a company with a family-like culture that is growing fast, investing in its people, and creating real opportunities for those who want to build a career, not just have a job.
Pay:
$900.00 - $1,200.00 per week
