Job Description

Job Overview:
Baker Aviation is seeking Interior Refurbishment Technicians to join our growing team. General refurbishment technicians will conduct the tasks and duties below. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of interior experience including working with softgoods, recovering surfaces, sanding, painting/staining and basic assembly/disassembly skills. Additional compensation may be considered for candidates with leather upholstery experience or extensive paint/finishing experience.

7 days on 7 days off - Wednesday-Tuesday schedule

Pay and Benefits:
Pay:
$30 per hour - Paid bi weekly. Overtime for all hours above 40 hours during the week.
Health/Dental/Vision:
Fully Paid Premium by the Baker (Deductibles are responsibility of employee) 401k: 3% Company Contribution. Fully paid by Baker at no cost to employee. Employee can also contribute
ESOP Retirement Plan:
Annual contribution made by the company at no cost to you. 6 year vesting schedule
