This isn t high-volume, repetitive steel welding. This is custom, high-precision fabrication where quality and aesthetics are just as important as structural integrity. You will be responsible for bringing complex designs to life, working primarily with aluminum to create custom sign cabinets, architectural accents, and intricate structural frames. Table Experience:

2+ years of professional welding and fabrication experience (Aluminum experience is a firm requirement).

Technical Skill:

Must be proficient in MIG welding on aluminum. Proficiency in TIG is highly preferred.

Blueprint Literacy:

Ability to read "shop drawings" and translate them into a finished physical product. The "Signage Edge": Previous experience in sign manufacturing or architectural metalwork is a significant advantage.

Custom Fabrication:

Read and interpret complex blueprints and shop drawings to cut, bend, and assemble custom components.

Material Expertise:

Work exclusively with aluminum, utilizing shop equipment such as brake presses, shears, and saws.

Quality Craftsmanship:
