Job Description

Join our custom furniture team creating high‑quality fabric components for all parts of upholstered furniture, including cushions, panels, and tailored pieces designed to fit custom frames. You'll work with professional upholstery equipment, rotate between sewing stations, and ensure every piece meets detailed specifications. What We Offer Competitive health, dental, and vision plans Employer-paid short- and long-term disability 401(k) plan with company match after 12 months Employee Assistance Program and Chaplain Services Paid sick leave, vacation, holidays, and parental time Generous employee product purchase discount Monthy Production Bonsues What You'll Do Sew a variety of pillows and cushions while following assigned production schedules Perform routine machine maintenance, including changing feet and folders and threading spools and bobbins Maintain a clean, organized work area; sweep and remove trash during repair week Rotate between sewing stations as needed to support production flow Perform other duties as assigned How Success Is Measured Meeting production schedules based on skill level and ability to sew specific styles, including flatwork, cushions, zippers, borders, and slipcovers Consistently meeting company quality standards What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent preferred Minimum of 3 years of sewing experience required Ability to perform leather sewing, serging, and double-needle sewing Ability to read documentation and translate instructions into a finished product Strong hand-eye coordination with excellent attention to detail Reliable attendance and a demonstrated strong work ethic
