Title:
Sewing Inspector Schedule:
Mon-Thurs 6am-3:30pm, Fri 6am-10am (Overtime as needed)
Pay:
$19 per hour

Temp to Hire We are seeking Experienced Sewing Inspectors to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and who thrives in a collaborative, quality-focused workplace.
Job Duties:
Perform a visual inspection of the finished product to ensure: Stitches are straight. Pattern is correct according to production ticket. Piece is Upholstered correctly to specifications. There are no holes or flaws in the Fabric / Leather. Legs and finishes of legs are correct Make repairs as needed. Push piece back to upholster to correct issues. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be able to read a ruler. Must be able to read an order ticket Must be able to tell the difference in finishes of the legs. Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs. Strong communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills, including ability to describe and convey nonconformance issues is required. Strict attention to detail is a must. Must be a Team Player with a positive attitude. Must be able to work with minimum supervision. Must have your own reliable transportation. Must be able to stand and walk for a minimum of 8 hours a day. Must be able to work Weekends and Overtime. Must be reliable. Must have strong English language skills, including:
Reading Comprehending Speaking Writing Communication Environment:
