Job Summary:

The mission is to produce high-quality based on established standards, guidelines and procedures. In this role, you will be responsible not only for precise, consistent individual work-output, but also the quality of your teammates. It is essential to maintain patience and a willingness to complete one task at a time and build relationships with your teammates through trust and accountability. Job knowledge and competency is built through structured step-by-step training and positive, supportive coaching from management and peers. We strive for consistent, error free work based on defined standards.

Area responsibilities:

Audit parts for improper cut-outs, poor grinding, or sloppy painting of parts Ensure all cutting, foaming, and painting procedures happen at the right time per the schedule Vocalize need for engineering support to help improve cut accuracy and proficiency Ensure proper documentation, tools, and overlays are available for all associates Address defects to eliminate repeat mistakes and review with the Supervisor. Must be able to use basic hand drills (saws, tape measure, power drills, etc...) Produce ZERO defects (fix before leaving your area) Ensure the work area is clean and safe Ensure all tools & equipment working with proper settings Ensure all work instructions followed by all teammates Sign QA check sheet to verify product built to spec follow all documentation

Qualifications:

High school Diploma or GED, Basic computer skills. Able to follow documentation and SOP's to build products to spec. Intensive knowledge of all SOP's and documentation for processes and equipment used in the work area.
