Job Description

PeopleShare has an opening for a Soldering Technician with Printed Circuit Boards in Moorestown, NJ. This candidate needs experience in IPC-A-610, Class 3 and
J-STD-001
criteria. This role requires previous experience with precision microsoldering on printed circuit boards (PCBs) using a microscope.

Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (four 10 hour days)
Pay:
$20-25/hr Responsibilities Perform precision microsoldering on printed circuit boards (PCBs) using a microscope to install, rework, and inspect fine-pitch components. Solder Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Through-Hole components onto printed circuit boards. Perform precision soldering and inspection work using a microscope. Follow
IPC-A-610
Class 3 and
J-STD-001
workmanship standards. Read and interpret process documentation including Bills of Material (BOMs), assembly drawings, and work instructions. Perform rework or touch-up as needed to ensure boards meet quality standards. Maintain accuracy and quality while meeting production schedules. Communicate defects or issues to supervisors and engineering as required. Follow all company safety and quality procedures. Requirements Experience performing microsoldering on PCBs under a microscope, including fine-pitch and surface mount components. Experience working to

certification strongly preferred. Hands-on experience soldering SMT and through-hole components on PCBs. Ability to perform detailed soldering work under a microscope. Ability to read and understand BOMs, assembly drawings, and related documentation. Strong attention to detail and fine-motor skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Reliability, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality.
