Competitive compensation based on experience and skill level Piece-rate opportunities with earnings typically ranging from $1,000 to $1,500 per week Health insurance available after 60 days of employment Paid vacation after one year of employment Seven (7) paid holidays per year Hands-on training and career development opportunities Team-oriented work environment Position Summary The Automotive Interior Installer / Upholstery Technician installs, repairs, and fits leather interiors, seat covers, trim components, and other vehicle interior products while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. Essential Duties Install leather interiors, upholstery, trim components, and related products Remove and reinstall vehicle interior components Read and follow work orders and installation instructions Inspect completed work for quality and fit Safely use hand tools and equipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Complete required documentation and production records Follow all safety policies and procedures Qualifications Experience in automotive upholstery, trim installation, manufacturing, or related fields preferred Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Dependable attendance and work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required Compensation & Benefits Pay is based on experience, skill level, and demonstrated ability. Management will determine compensation based on qualifications and performance. Experienced installers may qualify for piece-rate opportunities that can result in weekly earnings of approximately $1,000-$1,500.
