Upholstery Technician

We are seeking an experienced Upholstery Technician to join our Sewing & Assembly Team in the Greenville, South Carolina area. Join our growing upholstery team! We're seeking a skilled Upholstery Technician who takes pride in craftsmanship, precision, and creating high-quality custom seating, panels, and soft goods. If you enjoy hands-on work, attention to detail, and being part of a supportive, high-quality manufacturing environment, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Cover, staple, and assemble upholstered pieces for marine interiors Read and follow blueprints and work instructions Use hand and pneumatic tools to fit, stretch, and fasten materials Work both independently and as part of a close-knit team Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area What We're Looking For Experience in marine, automotive, furniture, or similar upholstery is strongly preferred Good hand-tool skills and a strong eye for detail Comfortable performing hands-on, physical work (lifting, bending, stretching materials) Reliable, positive, and ready to work in a fast-paced shop A brief job-related skills and physical ability assessment may be conducted during the interview to evaluate essential job functions
