The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing, restoring, and upholstering furniture, vehicle interiors, and other upholstered items. This role requires attention to detail, craftsmanship, and the ability to work with a variety of fabrics, leather, and upholstery materials. Responsibilities Measure, cut, and sew fabric, leather, and other upholstery materials. Remove old coverings, padding, and webbing from furniture and replace as needed. Repair frames, springs, cushions, and other furniture components. Install fabric, padding, foam, and trim using hand and power tools. Read work orders and follow customer specifications. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow safety procedures and company policies. Qualifications Previous upholstery experience preferred. Ability to use upholstery tools, sewing machines, staplers, and cutting equipment. Knowledge of upholstery materials, fabrics, and techniques. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ability to lift and move furniture and materials as needed. Good communication and teamwork skills.
