We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dry Cleaning Presser. In this role, you will be responsible for pressing and finishing garments to ensure a high-quality appearance, meeting company standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate pressing equipment, including steam presses and irons Press and finish a variety of garments such as shirts, pants, dresses, and uniforms Inspect garments for stains, damage, or quality issues prior to and after pressing Follow proper handling procedures to prevent damage to fabrics Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment Meet production and quality standards in a timely manner Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
Qualifications:
Previous experience in dry cleaning or garment pressing a plus Ability to operate pressing equipment or willingness to learn Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable and punctual
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift and move garments and materials as needed Comfortable working in a hot environment
