We work on everything from fleet trucks and commercial vans to high-end personal vehicles and lifted trucks. We are looking for an experienced Leather Installer / Automotive Upholstery Technician to join our Fort Worth team. Job Responsibilities Install Katzkin and other aftermarket leather interior kits Remove and reinstall seats, consoles, trim panels, and interior components Perform clean, factory-quality upholstery installations Diagnose and correct fitment or installation issues Maintain organization and cleanliness in work area Work alongside production and scheduling teams to meet deadlines Assist with heated/cooled seat installations when needed Ensure every vehicle passes final quality control before delivery Qualifications Previous automotive upholstery or leather installation experience preferred Experience with Katzkin interiors is a major plus Ability to remove and reinstall vehicle interiors without damage Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Reliable transportation and good attendance Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment Basic hand tools required Preferred Experience Automotive upholstery Leather seat installations 12V accessory installation Custom automotive interiors Fleet or dealership accessory installation Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities available Full-time position Opportunity for growth within a rapidly growing company Work on high-end trucks, SUVs, fleet vehicles, and custom builds Schedule Monday to Friday Full-time Occasional overtime available Work Location Fort Worth, TX To Apply Please send your resume, work experience, and any photos of previous upholstery or leather installation work.
