In this role, you will play a vital part in the production process, utilizing your hands-on skills to assemble, repair, and restore various products. Your expertise in sewing, auto restoration, and the use of power tools will contribute to delivering high-quality craftsmanship and ensuring efficient workflow. Duties Operate hand tools, power tools, and sewing machines to assemble and repair products with precision and care Use sewing techniques to create or mend fabric components for various projects Conduct auto restoration tasks, including disassembly, repair, and reassembly of vehicle parts Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly and manufacturing processes Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times Inspect finished products for quality assurance, making adjustments as needed to meet standards Assist in training new team members on proper tool use and assembly procedures Experience Prior experience working with hand tools, power tools, or sewing machines in a manufacturing or auto restoration setting is preferred. Cutting wood for custom made furniture. Demonstrated ability to perform detailed sewing or assembly work with accuracy and efficiency Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including assembly line techniques and quality control practices Familiarity with auto restoration or automotive parts is a plus but not required Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role Join us as a person and bring your craftsmanship to life!
