We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our cutting department .
Position:
Fabric Cutter•
Full-Time Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM•3:30
PM Compensation:
Wages based on experience
Job Responsibilities:
Review work orders and determine the correct cutting patterns Lay out fabric properly for accurate and efficient cutting Hand cut all pillow and parts orders with attention to precision Use small hand tools and computers as part of daily work Learn and grow into operating CNC fabric cutting equipment and assist with pattern creation Keep the cutting department clean, organized, and fabric neatly stored Maintain accuracy: "Measure twice, cut once" is a must Lift and handle up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the day
Requirements:
Must be punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented Comfortable working with computers and hand tools Able to work efficiently both independently and with a team Willing to learn and grow within the position Prior upholstery, fabric cutting, or CNC experience is a plus, but not required Why Work with Us?
