Job Description
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a CT, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' homes. If you take pride in your work and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain floors, walls, surfaces, and furniture in all areas
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and appliances
- Empty trash and recyclables and replace liners
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned, such as cleaning carpets, upholstery, and windows
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any damage or issues
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet productivity standards
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to lift, push, and pull cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ability to stand for long periods and move around the homes
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual with good attendance
Physical Demands:
- Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Standing for long periods and moving around the homes
