Automotive Parts Refinisher

Auto Parts Refinisher - Full Time | Redline Auto Redline Auto is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our team as a full-time Auto Parts Refinisher in Waynesboro, VA. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring automotive components to like-new condition through a hands-on refinishing process. What You'll Do Inspect incoming automotive components to evaluate their condition and determine the appropriate scope of repair. Using a pneumatic sander, strip and resurface part surfaces, then bring the finish to completion using a bench-mounted buffer. You'll take pride in producing a consistent, high-quality result on every unit that comes through your station. What to Expect This is a physical, hands-on position in a production environment. You should be comfortable with the following: Extended periods of standing throughout your shift Working independently in a focused, solitary setting Operating pneumatic and bench-mounted power tools Compliance with all PPE requirements (eye protection, respiratory protection, etc.) Exposure to dust, compounds, and other materials typical of a refinishing environment What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Ability to work independently and stay on task without close supervision Reliability and a consistent work ethic Experience with sanding or surface refinishing is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate Compensation & Schedule Starting pay: $17/hour, with a guaranteed raise to $19/hour after 90 days Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM — no weekends, no overtime Paid holidays and PTO About Redline Auto Redline Auto is a Waynesboro, VA-based automotive services company committed to quality craftsmanship and a straightforward work environment.
