Job Description
Job Summary Perfect Stitch Upholstery LLC is looking to add an ambitious and energetic person to join our team. Perfect Stitch has been operating since 1998 and has been known for the best custom upholstery. We are looking for an individual that is willing to complete everyday tasks within our shop alongside our technicians. This individual will need to learn to work their way up through the steps needed to be able to complete more difficult upholstery tasks to reach an upholstery assistant position. Will work about 25 hours a week Responsibilities Perform general maintenance tasks in the shop Run errands for the shop when needed (ex: picking up parts, tools, etc.) Lift upwards of 75 lbs Help with furniture pick-ups and deliveries Maintain a professional demeanor Communicate effectively with customers when needed Communicate with office staff about project details Work closely with upholstery technicians to learn the trade Take direction from technicians to complete tasks and projects More to be discussed in an interview Requirements Valid driver's license & driving record Pass background check
