$15.00 - $16.00 / hour Description All Pets Animal Hospital Rogers is seeking a reliable and compassionate Kennel Assistant to join our veterinary team in Rogers, Arkansas . As a Kennel Assistant , you will play an important role in supporting the veterinary team by maintaining a clean and organized hospital environment and providing attentive care to pets staying with us for boarding, medical treatment, or recovery. Our kennel assistants are essential in ensuring pets receive attentive care and that the hospital runs smoothly each day. This position is ideal for candidates interested in animal care careers, veterinary medicine, or veterinary assistant roles , and provides valuable experience working closely with veterinary professionals. Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role: The Kennel Assistant supports the hospital by assisting with daily animal care and facility upkeep.Responsibilities include:
Cleaning and sanitizing kennels, cages, and boarding areas Feeding and providing fresh water to boarding and hospitalized pets Walking dogs and monitoring pets during outdoor breaks Observing pets for signs of illness, stress, or discomfort and reporting concerns to the veterinary team Laundering bedding, towels, and hospital linens Maintaining cleanliness of treatment areas, exam rooms, and common spaces Assisting veterinary assistants and technicians with basic animal handling and restraint when needed Ensuring pets are comfortable, safe, and receiving attentive care during their stayWhat You'll Bring:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods Willingness to perform physical tasks including cleaning, lifting, bending, and walking dogs Ability to work in a fast-paced veterinary hospital environmentBenefits:
