Full Job Description Overview:
We are looking for a "Unicorn" technician. You aren't just someone who stays in the back; you are a clinical leader who can handle a complex anesthesia case in the morning, pivot to a high-level dental prophy, and then walk into an exam room to communicate confidently with a client. If you are a technician who gets bored doing the same thing every day and prefers a role where you can use every single one of your skills , this is your spot.
Responsibilities:
What Your Day Will Look Like Surgical & Anesthesia Mastery:
Lead intubations, manage anesthesia protocols, and oversee surgical recovery for routine and emergency procedures.
Dental & Diagnostics:
Perform dental rads and scaling, then jump to the lab to run bloodwork or assist with an ultrasound guided cystocentesis.
Clinical Excellence:
Expertly place IV catheters, perform blood draws, and take diagnostic-quality X-rays.
Client Connection:
Conduct exam room histories, discuss vaccine protocols, and explain discharge instructions to clients with clarity and empathy. The "Bounce": Move fluidly between the treatment floor, the OR, and the exam rooms based on where the hospital needs your expertise most. Required "High-Scale"
Skills Technical Proficiency:
Must be highly confident in intubation, anesthesia monitoring, and venipuncture (including difficult sticks).
Equipment Knowledge:
Ability to operate X-ray, Ultrasound, and Dental equipment independently. The "Pivot": A proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive "can-do" attitude.
Communication:
Ability to translate complex medical needs into language clients can understand.
Pay:
From $21.00 per hour
